How to Prepare Rasam:

  1. Boil 1 liter of water in a pot.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of Thirupathi Bhimas  Rasam Powder and mix well.
  3. Add tamarind extract, salt to taste, and a pinch of jaggery (optional) for enhanced flavor.
  4. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until the spices infuse into the liquid.
  5. Temper with mustard seeds, curry leaves, and garlic sautéed in ghee for added aroma.
  6. Serve hot with steamed rice or enjoy as a warm, tangy soup.
